Refund and Returns Policy

At TD Athletics, we are committed to providing the highest quality training and facilities. To ensure fair access to all members and maintain our operational standards, we enforce a strict refund and cancellation policy. By purchasing a membership, drop-in pass, or class package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through TD Athletics (including online, in-app, or in-person) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to:

  • Monthly and Yearly Memberships

  • Drop-In Passes

  • Class Packages / 12-Session Packs

  • Personal Training Sessions

Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or “frozen” credits for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, relocation, injury, or lack of usage.

2. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

We value your time and the time of our coaches.

  • No-Shows: If you book a class or session and fail to attend (“No-Show”), you will not be refunded and the session will be deducted from your account balance.

  • Late Arrivals: Entry to classes may be refused if you arrive after the session has started for safety reasons. Late arrival does not entitle you to a refund or a credit for that session.

3. Membership Cancellations (Recurring Billing)

For memberships with recurring billing (e.g., Monthly Plans):

  • You may cancel your future renewals at any time by contacting us or managing your subscription in your account.

  • Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle date.

  • No Prorated Refunds: If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of that cycle, but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining days.

4. Service Interruptions

In the rare event that TD Athletics cancels a class or closes the facility for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances:

  • We will credit the session back to your account for future use.

  • Monetary refunds are not issued for single class cancellations.
