AUF

Biography:

Mohamed Auf is the Founder and Head Coach at Train Dirty, with over a decade of coaching experience in strength, conditioning, and athletic performance. He began his coaching career at just 20 years old after earning his CrossFit Level 1 certification in South Africa — and soon became one of the most recognized names in the industry.

Auf represented Egypt in the CrossFit Games Open for 5 consecutive years, reaching a personal best of 6th in Africa and earning the title of Fittest Man in Egypt in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2017.

His pursuit of excellence took him around the world — from training in New York with Nike Run Club and becoming a Nike Ambassador, to developing his movement coaching under Ido Portal in Thailand. He also refined his weightlifting expertise through workshops with Olympic icons Dmitry Klokov and Oleksiy Torokhtiy.

Today, Auf leads Train Dirty with one mission:
build athletes, elevate coaching standards in Egypt, and create a community where movement becomes a lifestyle.
His coaching blends strength, mobility, conditioning, and performance — helping people discover what their bodies are truly capable of.
